9-1-1 Terrorist Plane Crashes
You guys probably already discussed this a long time ago but now its hard to believe how long ago that was, yet still feels not so long ago.Do you remember what you were doing when you 1st heard about it?
I used to work at the same company as my husband & we remember the boss coming into the work area saying a plane crashed into the World Trade Centre tower. We couldn't believe it but still thought it must be some technical fluke or accident. Later she came in again looking visibly shaken that another plane crashed into the other tower.
We didn't know what to think & it was all anyone talked about during the AM.
Little did anyone realize that was the end of a so called innocent world as we knew it

..I was getting ready to go to work at 3pm and had the radio on.Two of the girls in my 'house' at work (boarding school) were from the USA, one had a mother who worked in the WTC. Thankfully she was ok.
The previous Easter I gave up part of my Easter holiday to stay with a group of 6th form economics students who were waiting for a flight to the USA to tour the WTC. When I reached work a number of them were watching the TV in tears. Not a day I will easily forget.

It was 6.30am here when the clock radio came on and instead of my usual early morning program the radio was taking a live feed from the USA, it all sounded pretty dire.I turned on the TV to see what was going on just in time to see one of the towers collapse.
