Worst Place You've Viewed As A Potential Residence

What's the worst flat, apartment (same thing?), house you've ever viewed with a realtor?

What's a "realtor" AC? Is that a typing error or a Canadian word?

Never understood why it is "real" estate...They are just estate agents in UK.Is there unreal property?

Re: Worst Place You've Viewed As A Potential Residence

Some years ago I went with a friend to view a beautiful old manor house just over the border into Wales .

The owner an elderly lady bred dogs and on going inside we were hit with the stench of urine.
The place was filthy and the lovely old floorboards saturated with urine. Such a shame to let a place get that way.

We came out itching too ..
