New to the neighbourhood?

We came back from our weather-permitting Friday canal walk today to find a new "resident" quite happily sunbathing in our garden at 14:45 today - an adult fox.

Unfortunately even though I have several digital photos I don't know how you put them up on here so if someone can tell me I'll do so! stevmk2

No. He/she stayed put, even when I got to within 30 feet - quite happily sunbathing! stevmk2

Get yourself an online gallery Steve, Picassaweb, Flickr, Photobucket etc.
the link shows the most popular, or you can start your own gallery on this site.

A Web photo host is useful for posting images on forums, and handy in case you lose your photos on your computer, as has happened to me before.

From there its usually just a case of copy then paste in your thread.

I got within 30 feet of this fox and it was so relaxed too.

My neighbour's concerned though - she has ducks! stevmk2

Re: New to the neighbourhood?

Good photos Steve, we have quite a few foxes in our neighbourhood and although they go through our garden they don't often linger because of our dogs. They can be quite noisy at night, a bit like banashees and particularly in spring as they are breeding and fighting for territory, lovely to look at but a vicious wild animal still if cornered..
