Re: Royal Mail
It isn't really just a tory problem though, to me it's a huge flaw in a capitalist society. We are encouraged to acquire and sell and money is king. Feeling a bit like there must be a better way but anything else I am told sounds too much like communism or a hippy dippy pipe dreamRe: Royal Mail
They're going to sell off our Post Offices over here, everyone is signing a petition at the Post Office counters against it, for all the good it will do, once they make up their minds thats it these days, they can get away with anything they like, the spirit of the people is well and truly broken, no backbone left to fight with.Re: Royal Mail
I abhor the selling off of the family silver for short term gain, but it amuses me how everything is always laid at the feet of the conservatives. Labour were just as bad for this as I remember, just a couple of incidences amongst many huge financial gaffes were that Brown sold our gold reserves at the bottom of the market and our massive technology companies such as Qinetec were sold off for peanuts without even placing the shares on the open market.Re: Royal Mail
