Charging up?

I'm useless at this technical stuff but I wondered was there some type of adaptor that could draw small amounts of electricity from the human body, say enough to power a small tablet or mobile phone. Remember those people they used to have on the stage years ago, they could put a light bulb into their hand or mouth and it would light up, whether that was a trick or not I'm not sure but they tell us there's plenty of electricity in our bodies, might save a few bob on batteries in this energy conscious age.

Do make sure that you charge watt is the current rate to ohm owners.

I remember buying one of those lightbulbs Jem on a market stall - loved it, people were amazed I could make it light up at will .....
