Good morning everyone. Hope you have a good day whatever the weather is like. At least we are not alone in the world by being stuck when we have only 2inches of snow. Atlanta, Georgia was stuck for over 24 hours as everyone was told to go home from schools and work at the same time. Being a large car city they became stuck on the untreated highways and byways. Our turn will be coming soon I suppose.

buenas dias all. After yesterday´s freak storm with thunder, lightning and hail stones like golf balls it´s a sunny morning, but it is bitterly cold...I thought I´d been transported back to UK whilst I was sleeping ! Off to my coffee morning in a while, then shopping before coming home. Have a good day all.

a really horrible morning cold and dark.I still haven't discovered where my leak is coming from, the dye experiment revealed nothing so I am now considering that the pointing may be leaking .
I am so sick of leaks and the mess in my kitchen (which I can't redecorate until the weather improves) that to cheer me up my lovely son is coming to take me for lunch

Good morning all. Remember I was cheerful yesterday? Well that didn't last. I fell foul of the laughter police in the afternoon which pissed me right off.Woman next door won't shut her door, says she can't manage it. Big sis rang me around 3pm and we were having a great laugh when suddenly there was a knock on my door and a voice saying 'could you keep your voice down please?'
Well we were stunned into silence. I called out sorry but sis stated she felt we were like naughty school children. We ended the call and I got dressed to go for a walk to calm down. Her n/d called out to me to say sorry but I was still hurt and just replied 'I was having a laugh with my sister and I need to calm down!'
Later on in the lounge she tried to justify her action by saying she had a headache but I tried to point out she chooses to keep her door propped open and my door was shut.
Lady on my table told me to just take a deep breath and not let it get to me.
By having people call me on the room's phone, it works out free, and gives a clearer line. Signal on mobile is hit n miss. I feel spoilt now for future calls.
And another patient has just loomed over me, said something about the iPad and put her finger on it to pull it towards her!! I pulled it back to my chest and said 'I'm typing a private conversation!'
The manners of some people!!!! Gahhh.
