Bah Humbug!!
I think it's time for a Bah Humbug thread for those of us who don't "do" Christmas...
So if you don't do Christmas, what are you planning to do on Christmas Day? I'm hoping to have a big bonfire to burn lots of garden rubbish, and then maybe do some painting in my house.

I hadn't planned on bothering this year (first year I've felt that way) and then my son announced he is coming here for Christmas dinner again (I really thought his wife would have turned the screw on that) so I will be cooking a traditional Christmas dinner but that's about it really.I look at the Christmas lights in the house over the road and think 'that looks nice but I just can't be arsed'
After son has gone (no doubt we'll take the dogs out), I shall watch some films and then, I might even have a bubble bath - it all depends on how I feel (and that's the great thing about it all)

I gave up Christmas celebrations long ago...first no tree, then no gifts, then no cards. I expect the family will have dinner together but I swear I am not going if it is at another house...I hate and fear snow and ice so much it is near impossible for me to walk in it. I would like a usual day with a extra nice dinner...let me read in quiet peace.
