Patsy as I have explained before it means the Spiders and Bots are doing there job

This is 'who'/what you saw..
'Mozilla AhrefsBot robot' ...

At this moment there are 13 members and 54 guests on line. All of those 'guests' are bots and spiders of one kind or another helping to catalogue the site so that when people do a search for certain words they will find us .

I've seen that too on occasions and also members 'viewing conversations' too! I often wonder what conversations they are seeing, as opposed to posts, as there isn't a chat room or something similar.
