Happy Sunday Folk.

A bit of a show-off..........taken on the Isola Bella on lake Maggiore in Italy.
We had our first frost yesterday morning. I'll have to take the last few summer bedding plants out.

Re: Happy Sunday Folk.

Good morning everyone, bright but cold here with a white over frost...

I'm not around much at the moment as my Mum has had a shoulder replacement and we are looking after her for a while and doing some cleaning and decorating at her house whilst she's laid up here. Hope you are all behaving...

Have a great day folks,

Barry

Re: Happy Sunday Folk.

Good morning fellow members a beautiful sunny morning but very wet and muddy underfoot.

Feeling rather grumpy this morning, I was kept awake by a teenage party with loud music in the village hall , this morning there is litter/drink cans/even crates strewn around our tiny village I have never known there to be a party of this kind there before and I hope there won't be many more.

Not a lot of plans for the day, enjoy your day everyone

Re: Happy Sunday Folk.

Good morning everyone. Lovely Peacock Alan.
Cold last night and going to be freezing tonight.
Not doing much today. Enjoyed my trip to Mansfield
on the train yesterday.
Hope your Mum gets better soon Barry. That's something
you don't hear of often a new shoulder.
Will be standing to attention at 11am this morning for the dead
of War. Thinking about my great Uncle Albert who went to
War to be with his Brothers and died of gas on the Somme aged
16. He lied about his age.
Take care all.

Re: Happy Sunday Folk.

Morning all. Yes, same here, sj, sunny but very chilly.

Meg, sorry to hear about your disturbance last night. That's naughty. Pm, hope mum gets well soon.

I was awake about 8.25 and took a coffee and meds back to bed to watch catchup tv, The Indian Doctor. Just one more episode to watch.

Not sure of plans for today, as did quite well yesterday. Had to find a few things for my holiday, and that's ticked off. Tempting to sit on my bum all day reading my library book but better not!!

Have a good day. Remember 11am...

Re: Happy Sunday Folk.

buenas dias all. Another sunny morning but quite a 'nippy' wind at the back of the house, just very warm at the front of the house. Hopefully I'll catch up on a few jobs today before going out to dinner at a friend's this evening. Have a pleasant day all.
