Onsies !

OK I can see they may be a comfortable garment for lounging around at home or sleeping even but why are these over sized baby grows suddenly being worn by perfectly (I thought) normal women to do their shopping or walk their dogs etc ? Saw a bright pink with teddy bears design wandering around sainsburys this morning and she obviously thought she looked the bees knees but really ??

Re: Onsies !

I think that the worst fashion craze at the moment is the showing off of one bra strap. As for onesies, no way would I wear one.

You've lost your sense of fun! I think it's nice and cheerful to wear something that makes people smile. Much better than wearing beige & grey!

Oh I am all for colour, no grey or beige in my pink blue and green with a touch or two of orange wardrobe, just these over sized baby grows completely don't look even comical. It's more like a poured out of bed and just managed to get out of the house look, unkempt and dirty looking IMO

Re: Onsies !

Comfy and cosy though! Why should babies be the only warm ones? Why is it that womens' clothes are usually less warm, with lack of pockets, their shoes less comfy & waterproof. I'm rebelling!
I find women who wear clothes that are obviously too small, they can't do their jackets up or bend down, much more disturbing than a warm comfy snugglesuit.

Re: Onsies !

I make my own as far as possible, large pockets (have to carry those dog treats and poo bags somewhere) nice comfy materials, plenty of room as I like baggy clothing. Florals and patterns and lots of warm cosy jumpers and cardigans.

I manage without wandering around like a large toddler to keep warm and cosy.
