Re: What do you wish for christmas

"I wish I had a Kerry cow, a Kerry cow, and I'd give it to my Darling." Bet you don't know that one Jean, Maureen O'Hara sang it in some film, it might have been 'The Quiet Man' not sure, don't even know the difference between a Kerry cow and any other cow, as Maggie Thatcher says "A cow is a cow is a cow" and she should know, my head is full of old tunes today.
Seriously though, I would like a decent set of speakers for the old computer I have out in the shed, the one's I have are useless, I've already started to drop hints, the wife paid one of her rare visits to the shed today and asked me what I was listening to, "I'm sorry love, but I can't hear it to good" says I. "There you are, I told you you were going deaf in your old age." I just can't win.

I would wish for world peace, an end to poverty and an end to pain & suffering.........
but, what I really need is a cuddly man with a beard to shower me with gifts............Santa!
