Lunar photograph

Tonight I went outside with my telescope to look at a very bright moon ...I got some excellent views so I thought I would try my hand at some photography ..it was a bit amateurish but this was the best ...it was taken through my Skywatcher 200P EQ5 with a 20mm eyepiece and a 8mp phone hand held camera...I do however need a DSLR camera for better results

Re: Lunar photograph

Nice picture, if you could reduce the exposure time on your phone it would be clearer.

Re: Lunar photograph

Great photo and nice to see enthusiasm for photography on here.
Reminds me when I got my first camera in 1964 it only took photos
no exposure time, no close ups etc.
Mind you it only cost me £3. 0s. 1d. I was well chuffed with it.

Re: Lunar photograph

This was taken from a DSRL(no telescope) so imagine what you can do with one
