Do you make your own, Nero? I'm embarrassed to say I never have. Generally I think home made is much better as you control the ingredients and flavoring to your own tastes, and know it's free of additives/preservatives, but as I very seldom use mayonnaise I keep a jar of bought in the fridge!|
