Flight Radar

My son is travelling to Malta today. This is a great and fun way of tracking his flight. I'll know when his plane has landed safely.

Re: Flight Radar

That's clever Joy don't think I would use it though, I am a worrier and fear using it would make me worse.

Re: Flight Radar

Its a fantastic web site, especially for aircraft enthusiasts.
My OH often has it up and running whilst following the vapour trails overhead. You can spot which plane it is and where it is going to.

There is a similar web site for shipping.

My son's plane has just landed at Malta. Just watched it park up on the stand.

Yes I had this app somewhere. Might have been on one of my PCs. It's excellent.

Re: Flight Radar

It IS brilliant So much to it. Even down to the size of the aircraft. If you zoom right in when landing, like I did yesterday, you can almost see the passengers get off!! - Well, not quite.

I might have to befriend you on FB for that Bruce!! There's a threat!!
