Friday 13th

I heard on the radio today a man talking about his father. He said his dad refused to get up or even eat on Frid 13th!
Lazy old wotsit, or very superstitious? Are you superstitious? Where do superstitions come from?

I try not to be Mups and usually succeed - if you give into it, it can rule yer life !
For instance - I actually 'like' the 13th ! as well as the number 13 ....

It is my younger sister's birthday today and guess what? I flipping forgot didn't I. No card or present and I only know now because my other sister told me this afternoon. Bad luck for some? Dunno about that but it is bad news for me that is for sure. Oh dear .
