Mad ?

Think I may be going mad here, had the radio on (use the TV for that) and someone rang the door bell, went to answer it came back reading a letter and turned off TV at the TV set, made a phone call. Went and put washing from washing machine into tumble dryer and got the bissel out to wash a bit of carpet (Mollie had an accident). Came back turned TV/radio back on and went to switch stations. No remote control, now looked everywhere I went after getting up and still no remote.

Either I am going mad or Betty has managed to eat an entire remote control

Yes and it's not in there, also checked the freezer because everything I have lost recently has turned up in there but no luck this time

This is one thing that can drive me to despair. More often than not it involves my s****** glasses. I find it creepy in the extreme that stuff can just disappear as if on it's own accord.

Ah now glasses I rarely lose, I have them on a beaded necklace around my neck at all times !

Might if I ever find it have to do that with the remote control

It's so annoying isn't it when you put things down and then can't find them again. It's going to turn up in some obscure place Julie that will have you saying 'what the heck ...'

I keep thinking I am in a flat I haven't left it so it has to be here somewhere, as you will be guessing haven't found it yet !
