The job of a surgeon, I can't stand the sight of blood (especially my own, as Woody Allan says) and looking at the insides of bodies, the wife is the same, those TV programs about operations are taboo in our house.

There is not a lot I could do these days , my capacity to learn new things and to remember is not what it was...

Oohh, yes Meg, couldn't do that one either. A friend of mine used to service the machinery in one many years ago, and he said some of the animals eyes literally popped out with terror. I've never forgotten that.
