How to test a battery

However, if your meter isn't working or if you are in a place without your meter, bounce your batteries.

I was just about to change the batteries in my torch before I take Chloe out tonight so was able to test it and it works.
Have you seen those dog lights that you hang from their collar, it flashes red so you can see her if she wanders off a bit.

I like walking in the dark . Chloe is on a lead at night and the torch is for use if a car comes down the lane so they can see me and for when I need to use a poo bag .
