What Time do you have your Main Meal ?

We always have ours at lunch time except when we're on holiday then we have it about 7pm. If I have it later than that then I have indigestion all night.

Same here Alan, always at lunchtime even on holiday. We enjoy a good lunch around noon and then a light tea around five, but nothing else then until breakfast around six......

Between 12.30pm and 2pm depending when I get hungry. Work evenings so can't cook/eat after I get home it would be nearly 10 before we ate.

Re: What Time do you have your Main Meal ?

Our main meal has always been between 6pm and 7pm - I would love to change that to midday but I can't make the adjustment to eating a full meal at that time unfortunately (it would be so much more convenient!).

Normally quite late here, though if I fancy a big meal in the day then I will have it - usually a bloody big bowl of veggies. Luvs my veggies .

Re: What Time do you have your Main Meal ?

Between 12 and 1pm, I like to get it over and done with, we often go out afternoons, so I wouldn't fancy having to cook when I got home, we just have an easy tea meal then about 6pm.
Eating big meals in the evening doesn't suit either of us, nor does drinking alcohol.
