August 1st is YORKSHIRE DAY

Happy Yorkshire Day to all Yorkies. Its our special day today. Don't forget to wear your white Rose.

Doing Ancestry have found my family in Yorkshire back to 1550 and still searching backwards but it gets harder as
you go further into the past as the records are not all there
anymore.

I lived in Yorkshire for more than 15 years before moving here, and I never knew it was Yorkshire Day either! I'll start planning for next year...
