Morning everyone, overcast and raining here for a change, quite a novelty in fact but the garden certainly needs it...
Yours beans sound more forward than mine Alan, looks like being a couple more weeks yet up here, although we are eating lots of other veg, broad beans, sugar snaps etc...
We are going to our son's at Leicester today for a celebration lunch to mark Mrs. P's 70th birthday.

Good morning everyone. Lovely photo Alan. Yes we have dull cloudy and it did rain overnight which was unusual. Still cloudy after a whole Saturday of cloud. Going to be 34 degrees tomorrow in the South East that's what it was in France. Need a hat on in that weather. Sport day for me. Watching Lee Westwood against Tiger Woods in the Golf for a while then its the last day of the three week Tour de France. Chris Froome has won it if he keeps upright all the way to Paris and hopefully Mark Cavendish also of Britain can win the stage win around the Champs Elysee.
