Who is she? whoever she is she has a bloody cheek insulting northern accents, any accent for that matter, is she just asking for trouble?, she'd want to take a look in the mirror before she starts slagging decent folks, she's an awful looking bucket of tripe herself.

What an incredible snob! I have no problem with people understanding my accent which, to be fair, isn't spoken with a strong dialect. However, having said that, anyone listening to a broad Wigan accent would have difficulty, but nobody with a broad accent would be a broadcaster anyway.

I've never heard of her either.
