Stupid little sh*t should be 'banged up' in a Police Cell for the day, charged with 'wasting Police time' and brought before the Magistrate.

I think it's time to get serious with these people, and a short sharp shock of prison time would not be out of place for some of them. Some however really are mentally ill and need help.

I'd say he was either still p*ssed from the night before, taking the p*ss, or his medication requires checking, whichever he should be made to take some form of mental test before he's given a licence and should be fined.

You know - I really think people are becoming more stupid. I read an article once about 'delayed adulthood' but see more and more examples of it. Maybe time for testing that mental age corresponds to physical age!
