The True Story-The Bourne Identity

Just watched an interesting documentary about the comparisons of the film "The Bourne Identity" and the activities carried out by the CIA over the past few decades around there mind control programmes including personal accounts of people that have stated that they have been unknowingly experimented on as part of these CIA projects.
So on the grand scale of events and in the current state of the worlds current threats does the end justify the means.
