Little Bambi is dead

He's laying at the side of the road outside the park I walk the dogs in.

It must've happened during the night, he was one of this years young ones too, . . it must've been a truck coz the carcase is mangled, . . oh well, the Magpies and Crows are all having a good breakfast this morning.

Even the little ones are so magestic and lovely. Poor Bambi.

I wonder where they are on the food chain?

Re: Little Bambi is dead

It's sad to see, isn't it.
Mind you my OH had a driving incident the other day when he was happily zooming in the overtaking lane of a dual carriageway when he saw Bambi's dad coming full pelt towards him, at right angles. He says he saw the whites of his eyes before the collision was somehow avoided.
Potentially very dangerous!

What a shame, I hate to see any animal that's been in collision with a vehicle

Re: Little Bambi is dead

I hate it when I see dead animals at the side of the Road...in the springtime I often wonder if they had youngsters waiting for mum to come home..
