The New Flying Car

http://uk.news.yahoo.com/video--new-...130800228.html

I want one!

If you had a spare £190,000 lying around - would you buy one of these?

I think to attract women to it, they need for it not to look so much like an angry mouse but the propellers coming up reminded me of Robocop!

I'm not sure what the advantage would be (hopping over sea crossings?) but do you think this will take off (pun intended )

Re: The New Flying Car

The thought of flying cars - fill me with horror !
I think in 'many' years to come it could happen, when there is absolutely no room on the roads
What a thought ....

Re: The New Flying Car

I saw a film recently where cars were flying about as well as on the road and it looked horrifying, I have to say. Still, there's part of me that can see definite advantages to this

An old idea updated, but don't forget to add the twenty grand or so that it will cost to get your pilot's licence as well....

Great news!, I can't wait until they get all the cars into the air, much safer for pedestrians like me.

God!, I never thought of that Pats, they'd probably be more dangerous up there, and where would they put the traffic lights?
