Epson RX500 3 in one

HELP
The lights are on but nothing works ~ I can't even switch it off.

Does this sound like an expensive problem ?

Did you try the following?

Switch off the printer at the mains or pull out the plug.
Leave it for a few minutes

Turn off your computer and wait for 3 to 5 minutes before switching on again.

now switch on your printer and keep your fingers crossed.

Also check out this site and you might see a solution to the problem if the above does not work.

Sounds like a buffer / cache problem, dont think its the printer, try Michaels suggestion

Have now bought a refurbished 3 in 1 on ebay as a back-up because my other printer ~ less than 2 years old and hardly used ~ has an error. Computer does not recognise the ink cartridges or something.

OH would be slightly horrified because this new one is an HP and not an Epson .... I can hear tuts from beyond !

I wouldn't dream of getting an HP printer.

Far cheaper than my Epson 3 in 1
