House on market and its gone mad

I had a great week in Norfolk last week and found a bungalow I liked so thought I would put mine on the market at the weekend when I got back. Today is really the first day people could have seen it on the net and I already have 8 viewings lined up

The agent is talking about having it sold by the weekend. Would be fantastic but I am not counting my chickens just yet

Its looking like a takeaway on Friday night as I've got 8 viewings that day finishing at 6.30. Be all worth it if I get an acceptable offer though.

I am totally envious! Last year we had two viewings...total!

The estate agent we were using has given up agenting, so at the moment the house is 'resting', ready for a return to the market in April...when the weather has improved....(blizzard blowing out there at the moment)
