Morning all, another cold, damp and miserable morning here but it's not all bad news, at least I've awoken with a pulse and that is always a sign of a good day to come....

We're off into town for a mooch around this morning to kill a couple of hours before corned beef pie and mash for lunch.

Going to Derby today for a change. Weather going to get cold over the weekend so getting out now whilst I can.

Good morning fellow members it looks like winter has returned with cold heavy rain and mist.

I am still feeling delicate so will be sticking to porridge and staying in today.
