Have you got wind from the South blowing sand from Africa?
That's the only time I've seen that colour of Moon
or with a red filter

No we haven't got the red sand at the minute, thank goodness, you wouldn't believe the mess that makes. I don't have a filter on the camera, the photo was taken with my little camera, not the SLR. It truly was the most wonderful orange colour earlier tonight, it looked spectacular.

Beautiful shot of the moon Its not very often you get to see that. We have a lovely moon but its very bright

That is a stunning photo. Driving back from my daughter's, I noticed how big the moon looked and it was very, very bright.
