Scottish traditional food

I thought it best to start a new thread for our Scottish treats.

Tattie scones, forget the photo re: the thickness of the scones, they're too thick, they should only be 8mm thick.



Good for frying at breakfast along with ham+eggs.

The duff was a duffer last night, I gave it 3 hours in the steamer all wrapped in a clout but it fell to bits when I took the cloth off, . . next time I'll cook one in the micro.

PS: maybe I should've let it cool before removing the clout.
