Frosty here this morning but the sun is coming up and looks like being a nice day. Our neighbour's husband is in hospital so she's coming over for lunch before Mrs P takes her over there to visit this afternoon. Hopefully he will be discharged tomorrow...

Good morning fellow members the sun has just come out but it is much colder today.
Another busy day in a busy week . I will be glad when the weekend comes and things get back to normal.

I have a prescription to pick up then off to get my hair cut, tomorrow I will be out most of the day .

Morning all. Alan you are getting earlier and earlier, I was up at 5.45am. Went and done my shopping at 8am this morning.

Hi Susie, I'm generally up by 4.30 am as I'm wide awake so see no point in lying in bed. On the other hand I'm dozing during the evening and in bed by 10pm. I sometimes wish my hours of sleep were more normal but the advantage is I do have a couple of hours to myself before my wife gets up to start telling me what to do !!!

Good "morning" all lovely sunny day with a crispness in the air. I have all the windows open and the heating off, the difference in the freshness about the house is amazing and I can breathe easily once again.

It's been mostly sunny but a really cold wind today, I've just been outside and I swear I felt a spot of rain. Yesterday was spent up to the eyeballs in paint, today putting up the new light fitting, a few problems were encountered and some very warm words from Mr Clumsy, but eventually got there, everything working, all cleaned up, yet again, and now I can get to the shops, the cupboard and fridge situation is little short of desperate !

Nippy at first but the sun is now shining Did a little shopping and a bar of chocolate 'fell' into my basket Bang goes the diet
Had a lovely pasta for lunch which we bought in the Co-Op, they are the only shop locally that keeps the filters for our coffee pot!
