Off to Chatsworth House today to meet up for lunch with one of Mrs P's cousins from Macclesfield. Too cold for the usual picnic though, so we will have to eat in the Stable Courtyard cafe..... now where did I put those mortgage application forms....

Good morning everyone, hope you are all well. Mr P if your family are from Macclesfield at least you will have something to talk about seeing Macclesfield FC beat Cardiff in the Cup on Saturday. That was a shock but great for them.

Good morning all, it's raining today but still a bit mild, here's hoping we escape the snow this winter, so far so good. I'll be heading into town at lunchtime, an old workmate emailed me to meet up with him and his wife at lunchtime, they are off to Australia for two months to visit their son and his wife and to see the two grandkids for the first time, don't envy them that knackering journey.

Give everyone a wave from me, I lived in a flat in the stables, as they were called, for 13 years, but at that time the now restaurant was the garage and visitors were not allowed into the stable yard. It's all changed now of course.

Here in Spain today it's another beautiful sunny day.

Hello everyone a dry day with the occasional peek of sunshine through the clouds...

Went into town with my daughter this morning for a little mosey around the shops. She managed to get a few bargains in the sale for herself and the children, I didn't see anything I liked for myself though.

I hope Bob (AB) is enjoying his week at the Health Spa and he returns home very relaxed.

Good afternoon, been grey and cold here all day
Had to venture into the garden, after our neighbour knocked to say that she is having fence panels replaced tomorrow. We have a lovely climbing hydrangea and white clematis clambering over it - good of her to tell us but it was freezing out there while we disentangled it and it was full of buds too
Roll on spring - did I say that before?
