Is it twenty thirteen, or two thousand and thirteen?

I say twenty thirteen, in the same way I would have said ten sixty six, or nineteen sixty six, or 15 hundred, or 20 hundred.

There's no right or wrong answer, but what do you say?

Two thousand and thirteen but I don't expect I shall say it much. Written it will be 2013. Twenty Thirteen sounds too American for me.
