A Wet day here today but that has not stopped Mother Natures creatures from singing for their breakfast.

Plans for today are to take it as it comes apart from lunch, that will be at home and consist of Pork Slices and veg with new(ish) potatoes.

Good morning everyone. Hope you all have a lovely day. Nothing much planned for me today but I like a quiet day sometime. Saying that my day started with one of my cats bringing a hairball up at 5.30am so was abit of a shock cleaning the carpet at that time of day after jumping out of bed.

A very good morning to you all. Very windy here and feels like rain on the way...

Not much planned after walking the dogs other than cooking mini quiches with spuds and green beans for lunch, then lighting the fire and sitting by it with a book for the afternoon...

Morning Folk Heavy rain and strong winds all night and it is still the same just now! Horrid weather! Loki will not be wanting to take me out this morning!

Good morning folks.

Got my 3rd cup of ultra-strong filtered coffee poured and ready to be gulped down. Can't seem to wake up this morning.

Maybe I need to switch to stronger coffee, my current one is a number 4 on that cup rating on the pack so maybe I need a 5 or 6 if they exist.

Years of daily coffee drinking has made my brain immune to caffeine I think! It takes increasingly more and more to have any effect.

Got the newspapers earlier this morning and have already read two front to back, one left (I buy the Independent, The Times & The Financial Times).

Got to go out later to stock up on my coffee (getting low) and will see about getting a stronger blend and if I remember I'll pick up some cigarettes (fancy a Marlboro menthol) and get some petrol in a jerry can for my snow blower, never can be too prepared.

Oh yes, and the docs for my repeat prescription for my multiple ailments and new heart pills. Yum.

Thurso Harbour in the Late Evening. You can see the Swell over the Reef, that's where the Brave or Mad go to Surf...I love to walk along by the Castle and watch.

Good morning all, it's a bit milder than yesterday but dull and cloudy. Nice to see you all in good form on a Monday morning and rearing to go, I've no plans for today just take it as it comes.

Fancy a grape?, I think the costumes on these three pretty Girls are really beautiful, they caught my eye more so than the Girls, a sure sign of getting older, obviously some wine festival.
