Stratos Jumper

Anyone watch the Stratos Freefaller on Youtube, it was amazing, a guy alone at 130,000 feet above the Earth, stepping out into the unknown, respect, the High Street bothers me.

Re: Stratos Jumper

I watched it live on the Guardian website. Amazing exploit. One hairy moment when he seemed to start going head over heels but he corrected it. His landing was so smooth after falling 24 miles.

I watched it unfold, 2 1/4 hours to go up 10 mins to come back to earth.

It has produce quite a bit of insight into survival at high altitudes.

Like Megs says, rather him than me.

Re: Stratos Jumper

I watched it Live AND was glad it was him and not me
I dont think I could stand being that alone as he was.
I often had dreams when younger about falling but to do
it for 10 minutes spooks you out.
Hope he hasnt damaged his body doing it.

Watched it live yesterday... wow! I'm not one for heights at all but what a thrill it must have been for him.
