Eye,Eye ! What a contrast in the weather yesterday, dull and drizzly from 1o'clock onwards but the workmen managed to get the extension to my house reroofed in the morning.

Tesco's done, and enjoying our cappucino and bun before walking the dogs through the forest. We are then going out to lunch to a local hostelry with Mrs PM's sister, who is making a long overdue visit.

Good Morning Alan, Barry and All Heavy rain all night here and still raining! Flooded roads on the East coast of Scotland according to the news just now. Still can't complain, we did have a few good days

That's a brilliant photo, Alan, felt as though that gull was looking straight at me

Guess what - I've just after remembering I put on two eggs to boil but I forgot! So burnt boiled eggs now - parrots won't be happy at that as that's who they were for

Good Morning All, Heavy Rain here too been pouring since Yesterday Afternoon, still no sign of a Let Up either, Sky's Black and it's not really light at all. Himself say's some of the Fields are getting Watterlogged, Sheeeeze that's all we need.

Three very different pictures this morning.
Very gloomy and damp start here but it is lightening up now.
Just done first job of the day..'phoned the chemist for repeat prescriptions..
Nothing planned, except for some housework and to find a big black spider that ran across the lounge last night and which is still hiding under the settee (I think)

Good morning all, what a change in the weather from yesterday, there's not a cloud in the sky today but it's very cold. I have lots to do today so I'll be getting on with it, see ya soon.

Good morning fellow members the sun is shining, shopping done and put away , no babysitting today so I hope to do a couple of jobs in the garden.

Mags I hope your back is a bit easier. Being in constant pain can be both tiring and depressing.

Hi everybody

Well its a much better day here today. It started raining yesterday at 11am and was still raining when I went to bed at 1am!! Had to put wellies on to get to the garage for the bird food and to my car. Lots of flooded roads around here and fields under water once again. Must be a nightmare for the farmers.

Am off to Keswick shortly but have a job to be beforehand. So wont be back home til teatime. Hoping to have some time for a little walk whilst in Keswick though.
