Line Dance.

Is Anyone Else into Line Dance?
I really miss it. I taught 8 Classes a Week but had to give it up as my Knees got too Bad with all the Twisting and Stomping. I taught Monday - Thursday, and Traveled to the Live Country Dances at the Weekend.

Re: Line Dance.

I wish I had learnt to Line Dance, it looks so much fun!

Like you though, Roxy, I don't think my knees would have stood up to it either!

Re: Line Dance.

The trouble with line dancing is that you don't get to press your body against that of your partner - a serious disadvantage.

Oh but you can do Alan, some of the Couple Dances are rather, ummm, close lol.
You need to be at the Big Dances to do those though.

Re: Line Dance.

Never tried it Roxy, but it looks great fun though. I used to be quite good at jiving in my youth, but haven't danced now for years because of health problems and I miss doing it as well...

You didn't attend my Classes AB, We had a great time and were always laughing.
Actually most of the Straight is because the People wern't letting their Knees Bend slightly to take the Flow, and the non Smile was because if you didn't know a Dance too well you were concentrating, counting it out in your Head. lol lol.
It was Excellent Exercise, Great Fun and I loved every Minute of it.
