I have to get up at 6am to give Chloe her breakfast (she has a condition called BDS and is sick if her tummy is empty for too long) then I usually go back to bed for an hour with a cup of tea.

I used to stay up really late and still get up early but don't now having found out that a certain amount of sleep is important for our health.
