Re: Have You Put Your Heating On Yet?

It was a bit chilly this morning but not enough to warrant putting the heating on, however I'm in the south so am probably a couple degrees warmer than some.

I usually resist for as long as I can as the central heating makes the air so dry, so I just put more layers on and a small blanket across my legs at night when watching telly.

Re: Have You Put Your Heating On Yet?

It states 18 degrees on my thermostat.

I think one of the reasons l felt so cold was because l needed refuelling!

I have just had, black pudding, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, brown toast and a big hot cup of tea. I think l am starting to defrost now!

Re: Have You Put Your Heating On Yet?

I had a hot water bottle last night and the one before.
I don't normally put my heating until October but today I got soaked in the rain so I may break that rule.

It's so miserable here ... I'm in bed with the electric blanket on, communicating on laptop. Ms d00d will join me once the housework is done.

Re: Have You Put Your Heating On Yet?

Heating no but have a fire on in the evenings if we're watching telly in the den. It's not a big room so it heats up quickly and the fire is turned right down to just a glow.
