He said it was a screwdriver but netherless a chisel is just as bad! Save some of us women from men, after my son's suggestion!

Doesn't stop the build up of frost but certainly slows it down.
I have never heard of those Malcolm I am obsessive about my freezer because it is always packed with homemade food and frozen fruit.

Excellent, I just hope they were as cheap as the ones from ebay at 6.99 for two inc. postage.

I think they were cheaper on Amazon.

BTW Rachel, screwdrivers as well as chisels come in a variety of widths very much the same so not necessarily larger but what's the point nobody should take either to a freezer's inside.

I clean my freezer every couple of months, it takes about an hour and a half to do.
I use a dough scraper (plastic) to remove stubborn ice.

It is an upright so I put a bowl of hot water on the bottom and soak any ice on the shelves using a dishcloth full of hot water.
A towel goes at the bottom of the door on the outside to catch excess water that escapes .
