Unlikely to be physically through the skin. Can't be sure, but could imagine using a wire instead of thread which would cause an explosion if cut would work.

In Shakespeare times, clothes were often sewn onto people, which meant to fit the body shape perfectly and not stitched through the skin.. Was told that on a visit to Anne Hathaway's cottage in the 1970's. This is the first time that I've ever had to impart that knowledge

Tend to agree. TBH, am a bit surprised that her current host nation ( is it Syria?) haven't just "offed" her and her ilk. Can't really see a lot of countries doing more than pay lip service in terms of objecting.

Oh....I thought 2 died, and she lost another one to lung disease or something. It did seem a bit odd to me at the time, all her kids dying, but...y'know, if she didn't have any in the first place - and as Muddy says up there about handling one baby like a bunch of rags, well....maybe you are right. Either way, she has no British Citizenship, because the Govt revoked it, so she should be with wherever her family is.
Isn’t the reason her lawyer appealed to the Supreme Court because the Government were wrong to do that?
Her family is here , in London unless they’ve been moved.
Father doesn’t live here of course .
