Yes there is .
I have been on it three years but the allotments are allotted to this woman's choice not length of time .
Although I have never met her obviously I don't fit her criteria which is totally random
It's private owned by the local landowner at a peppercorn rent .Her position is self inflated AH .
It's all to do with the Parish council which is voluntary .
