Good morning fellow members, a wet morning which has called a halt to my gardening.Just been to have my hair, I now need to catch up on some housework it has been neglected while I have been in the garden.
Both new raised beds are installed and filled and half the gravel path laid, it will have to dry out before I can continue.
There are new strawberry plants arriving this week so I have those to pot and the old ones to re pot a job I can do in the garage.
I must say apart from sore limbs I feel fitter for doing a bit of hard work

My wife passed away at approximately mid day.We were at the crematorium waiting for the service of our neighbor to start.
My daughter got a call from the hospital telling us the her heart was failing. We dashed home so that we could get the train.
Whilst waiting for the train, my son phoned as he got there a few minutes before she died.
