Re: Do you dunk?

I dunk crusty bread in soup but if I have beans on toast I have to have my toast separate..
I love to dunk chocolate fudge bars in tea... yeah, I know, I've been told it's disgusting, lol but I don't care

Re: Do you dunk?

Yes, I dunk. Especially when you get some hard cookies. Usually the store bought cookies are hard on your teeth, well at least mine. So I make a fresh cuppa with a couple of cookies for an afternoon snack.

Welcome to Over50's fellow dunker from across the pond.

I favour "digestive" biscuits, but you have to dunk fast or they collapse into your lap, same goes for "rich tea".

Time for my cocoa..............and "custard creams"

Re: Do you dunk?

I most surely am an ardent dipper/dunker. In fact some of my best T shirts have been thrown in the bin due to misjudging the amount of time spent dipping/dunking the biscuit/bread in the coffee/soup.

Re: Do you dunk?

I don't like to see folk dunking when outdoors, they can do what they like indoors though.

Oh... and I'm not one who "puts on airs and graces" when out either

Re: Do you dunk?

I thought it was against the law not to dunk biscuits, especially ginger biscuits.

Re: Do you dunk?

Dunk bread in soup, definitely. Mmmmmmm. But not biscuits into tea or coffee.
