Re: Buffet Breakfast

We have a cooked breakfast when staying in B&B's but at home just toast and porridge.
The best cooked breakfast to be had has to be in Scotland, they certainly know how to feed you there, yummy!!

Re: Buffet Breakfast

When I went to Liverpool for 3 days last year our hotel was next door
to a Toby Grill. They also have the buffet breakfast for £3.99.
I only have 2 slices of cheese on toast normally for brekkie but
I didn't think I could eat a buffet.
Saying that I had a UJ half hour and did wallop a lot of the food on
offer with a big tea and it was great. I think now and again its something
I could do but I would not be able to eat that amount everyday.

Re: Buffet Breakfast

Had a 'light' breakfast this morning - two poached eggs on toast.

Re: Buffet Breakfast

Sometimes we go to the Toby pub towards Gloucester as a treat and have a breakfast.

As you say BowieEyes it is £3.99 this suits us as my husband and myself can go for what we like rather than a set menu.

He likes lots of sausages and bacon, where as I go for the bacon, egg, toast and hash browns.

Oh dear I wonder if he wants to go this week, making me hungry now.

Re: Buffet Breakfast

I do love a buffet fried breakfast! You're making me want to find one now.

Going abroad isn't the same as their bacon and sausages certainly don't match up to ours, and the choice is limited. I wouldn't mind a big brekkie with a lot of choice.
