I'm sure they must do, but they are not supposed to, and would be banned if reported doing so.
Sometimes I got the feeling it might be happening with a certain few individuals, so if there were others wanting to take whatever I had, it went to them. Those who asked nicely stood the best chance.

I reckon most people using freecycle are genuine but there are a few that try to make money out of it. Judging by the names, they all seem to originate from one particular area of Europe.

I've managed to Freegle/Freecycle my old cooker and sink. Hope the recipients will be able to make good use of them.

It is a load of hassle, isn't it?
