Why on earth should you fuss over every detail of everyone else's life? To me that's being plain nosy!

Re: Are you a fuss pot?

I guess I can be bit of a fuss pot I get pulled up occasionally when my husband says does it really matter ? usually when I am worrying I haven't got the right loo roll or the right shade of wool or something. But you take me as I am or leave me I don't much mind because it's me and I don't even want to change so it's how I am.

I have no desire whatsoever to fuss over anyone else's life and can't understand why anyone would in the first place. Let them do what they want - it's no skin off my nose.

Re: Are you a fuss pot?

I'm probably a mixed bag of tricks. Some things matter, and I'll fuss about them, but other things I probably should take notice of, I'm barely bothered about at all.
I don't get too involved in other people's lives, but I would try and make time to listen if they came to me with a worry.

Is it just me? Life's too bliddy short.
Can't say I agree with you. People who 'fuss' have a grip on life: they care; might be about 'crap', but at least they 'feel'. Me? I struggle to care about sod all. Bet there are loads like me. You either find something to be passionate about or jump into an early grave.

6 pints of cider kicking in.

Makes no diff (booze) as this stuff is on my mind all the time.

Re: Are you a fuss pot?

Must be different types of fussing I don't quiz people like that I like to fuss and make sure things are just right for them, make their lives easy as I can. That's why I am a decent cleaner I think I fuss to the point they hardly have to lift a finger.
I am more likely to be asking can I get them something, can I do something to help etc where they go is their business.
