As I understand it June this awful person was a care assistant who was employed by an agency. The Healthcare Trust had sub-contracted the care work out to the private agency, so this poor lady was in the hands of a private agency. I think it is very worrying all round and it is happening a lot, particularly in care of the elderly at home.
