Boiled eggs and sunflower seed bread for brunch.

Fish and chips, home cooked, for dinner. Beetroot as an accompinament with fish and chips for me.

Am feeling 'fishy' today, so there is quite a choice in freezer; smoked cod loin, a couple of whole plaice, some whole mackerel, a couple of sea bream, some plain cod loin not to mention various commercial offerings. Just have to decide which and with what. Hmm
